Twenty-four participants were selected for Re:Create Richmond, and each offered 4 hours of one-to-one business mentoring and advice. Each participant was carefully matched with a mentor or advisor who would be a best fit for their business type and specific challenges.
“We found the 1-to-1 business mentoring sessions incredibly effective… largely due to our fantastic mentor. Their knowledge and approachability made a significant difference, as they offered personalised advice that directly addressed our specific challenges, boosting our confidence in implementing new strategies.
Overall, these sessions have been instrumental in our growth, and we are truly grateful for the exceptional guidance we received!”
– Re:Create Richmond participant on one-to-one business mentoring
I was a bit sceptical about the mentoring as I felt that my particular problem was a bit too vague and wouldn’t fall within the remit of business mentoring. How wrong I was! James actually listened carefully to my situation, and was able to home in on exactly what I needed, offering very specific, tailored advice that was of real, useful value. If I could afford to carry on with the mentoring, I absolutely would!.”
