Creative Industry Finance invited to speak at international conference in Beijing

Our Head of Business Lending Programmes, Sarah Thirtle was recently invited by the Beijing Institute of Culture, Innovation and Communication to speak about Creative Industry Finance.

Sarah Thirtle was a keynote speaker at The 3rd International Forum on Culture Create held in Beijing Normal University on Saturday 6th June 2015. Delegates from all over the world came together to discuss culture and creativity in their country. With different countries sharing how they are working to progress their creative sector, it was a fascinating event to have been invited to speak at.

Sarah Thirtle spoke about the positive work Creative Industry Finance is doing to support creative businesses in the UK. She presented on how Creative Industry Finance’s tailored programme of free business advice followed by access to loan finance helps creative businesses develop and grow, resulting in a more sustainable creative sector as a whole.
