A group of talented creatives dived into the challenge of setting strategy that allows for both creative productivity and financial resilience and growth, at Somerset House on Tuesday 6 October.
Under the expert guidance of business mentor Louise Emerson, the second Re:Create GrowthCamp cohort shared learning, ideas and insights, as part of their 12-week growth journey. With more than 25 years’ leadership experience, including roles at the Natural History Museum and Cheltenham Festivals, Louise brought her knowledge of helping organisations increase income, build teams and partnerships, and develop strong brands across sectors.

The workshop was the second in the series from creative industry experts running until November 2026, as part of Creative United’s bespoke business growth programme. Alongside 1-2-1 sessions with a creative industry expert mentor, the cohort workshops teach the essential skills and behaviours needed for successful business growth.
Covering leadership and resilience, sales and income streams, and how to develop skills to hire, manage and develop a team – all are led by experts who understand how to grow while staying true to creative values.
The Autumn cohort brings together an exciting range of creative businesses, from music production and animation to motion design, communications, creative campaigns and more:
