If you wish to participate in this tender, please submit your completed Standard Selection Questionnaire and email it to procurement@creativeunited.org.uk prior to the deadline of 12:00 noon on Friday 14 August 2026.

Amendment notice: Document update and replacement, 09-07-2026

A revised copy of “Appendix-2_Procurement-Specific-Questionnaire-CUTIA-2026” was uploaded on 09-07-2026. This copy corrects an erroneous version of this document that referred to incorrectly numbered questions.

The corrections are:

• A reference in 3.02, “Question 13 in PSQ template” was erroneous and has been removed. There is no question 13.
• A reference to 3.13 in question 3.1a should read 3.02
• A reference to 3.14 in question 3.1b should read 3.2
• A reference to 3.14 in question 3.3 should read 3.2
