Next up in the Creative United x Somerset House business support webinar series, we look at top tips for leadership and team management during isolation.

Tune in to hear Andrew Evans, Director of Think Philanthropy and Consultant for Creative United, share insights into how best to manage your team during this time of uncertainty. He will also explore how to keep your team members motivated and engaged, particularly when working in isolation/at home.

Andrew Evans is a consultant working in organisational change with particular experience of strategy, business development and fundraising across the charity, voluntary and social enterprise sector. Andrew has led and managed teams remotely and has supported creative communities during his time as Head of Development at Bluecoat Arts Centre in Liverpool.
