Creative United welcomes Ezra Konvitz and Emrys Green to its Board of Directors
Creative Untied is delighted to announce the appointment of Ezra Konvitz and Emrys Green to the Board of Directors.
Together they bring extensive experience from across the arts, technology, education and business sectors. Their appointment comes at a pivotal time as Creative United expands support and advocacy for creative nano businesses, a vital yet underserved part of the creative economy.
Commenting on the appointments, Creative United Chief Executive, Mary-Alice Stack said:

From growing one of the world’s largest online art communities to championing youth voice in the creative sector, both have built careers around helping people and organisations realise their potential.”

Emrys Green has spent more than two decades supporting creativity, participation and leadership across the cultural sector. A former national project manager for Arts Award and co-founder of youth leadership charity Voice, he now leads Cloud Artisans, helping creative organisations grow audiences and strengthen engagement through digital innovation. He also brings extensive governance experience, including serving as Chair of The Institute of Leadership.
Commenting on his appointment, Emrys says: “I have long admired the Creative United programmes and am delighted to be supporting the growth of the organisation over the coming years alongside the fantastic team that has been built. Re:Create especially will be a vital programme to support our creative economy and I look forward to helping develop the next generation of nano-businesses to thrive.”
Ezra Konvitz is a strategy consultant and entrepreneur whose career spans the arts, technology and innovation sectors. He helped lead fundraising and strategic development during the Serpentine Gallery’s landmark Zaha Hadid expansion, later co-founding ArtStack, which became the world’s largest user-generated art platform. Today, as a Director at Founders Intelligence, he advises organisations on innovation and venture creation and develops partnerships between startups and organisations including Amazon, Diageo and the LEGO Foundation.
Ezra added: “The creative economy is one of the UK’s great strengths, and Creative United is doing vital work to ensure it remains sustainable from the ground up. I look forward to contributing to that mission, drawing on my experience across strategy and venture building to help creative businesses access the support they need to thrive.”
Their appointments are announced as long-standing board members Katherine Hall and Rosie Wolfenden MBE have stepped down. Paying tribute to them both, Mary-Alice Stack said: “We’ve been extremely fortunate to have benefitted from the depth and breadth of experience in creative practice, entrepreneurship and digital communications that, between them, Katherine and Rosie brought to our board over many years of service. We will miss them both a great deal but look forward to staying in touch as we move forward into a new chapter of development and growth at Creative United”.
