We’re delighted to announce the fantastic line-up of leading creative industry mentors and specialists who will be working with our founding Re:Create GrowthCamp cohort. 

Starting July 2026, the stellar team bring their creative vision, knowledge, industry networks, insights and commercial strategies to benefit Re:Create GrowthCamp’s cohort of creative industry founders, ambitious to grow.  

Through the 12-week programme, participants will gain direct access to decades of real-world experience in global branding, international entertainment, arts and heritage and scaling consumer businesses.

Nathalina Harrison

Nathalina Harrison

Nat is an ICF-accredited business coach, trainer and facilitator with PCC certification and specialist ADHD coaching expertise. She supports creative entrepreneurs to clarify their vision, build confidence and develop resilient businesses. A co-founder of the creative business network Hive Collective, she champions hyper-local collaboration and community among creatives in North-East London. 

Alongside one-to-one mentoring, Nat will lead group workshops on how to build your founder foundations.

Stuart Balmer

Stuart Balmer

Stuart is a creative business advisor with a background in interior and 3D design, and over 25 years’ experience in fashion entrepreneurship. Formerly co-founder of an international womenswear label, Stuart now provides consultancy, mentoring and training to creative businesses, supporting sustainable growth, strategy and development. 

Alongside one-to-one mentoring, Stuart will run group workshops offering expert insights to increase income through better sales for the Summer cohort.  

Remi Harris

Remi Harris

Remi Harris MBE

An experienced business leader and coach, Remi is co-founder of the Music Leaders Network, the leadership development programme for women in music. Previously, Remi was general manager of AIM, director of operations at UK Music, and chair of the Alliance for Diversity in Music and Media. She was awarded an MBE for services to the Music Industry in 2016 and was inducted into the Music Week Women in Music Roll of Honour in 2019. 

Remi will share her expertise with GrowthCamp participants through one-to-one mentoring.  

Louise Emerson

Louise Emerson

Louise is a strategist and coach specialising in growth, change and sustainable business planning. With 25+ years’ leadership experience, including roles at the Natural History Museum and Cheltenham Festivals, she helps organisations increase income, build teams and partnerships, and develop strong brands across sectors. 

Louise brings her wealth of experience to GrowthCamp, for individual mentoring sessions.  

Tony Davidson

Tony Davidson

Tony spent 37 years in advertising, including 20 years at Wieden + Kennedy as Global Partner and Creative Executive Director.  His involvement built their global reputation after creative directing campaigns such as Nike's “Run London” and “Nothing beats a Londoner”, Honda's “Power of Dreams” , Lurpak's “Good Food Deserves”, Three's “Moonwalking Pony” and Formula 1's Global rebrand.  

Tony joins the GrowthCamp Summer cohort to offer specialist sessions on how to help your brand stand apart through distinctive creative thinking.

Re:Create GrowthCamp has been developed by Creative United as part of our mission to support creative livelihoods across the UK. It builds on the successful Re:Create programme, that has supported more than 200 creative businesses across London and Essex since 2021.

The programme runs for 12 weeks, with the Summer cohort starting on 14 July.
