Frank is a freelancer Events manager who has been producing and managing live events for around 25 years, including programming over 500 shows at the Hackney Empire, from the Jamaican National Pantomime to Madness and Chuck Berry to Slava Polunin.
Frank is currently the Creative Producer of Carnivalista Culture, a programme of carnival costume workshops to celebrate the rich cultural diversity of Waltham Forest.
