Creative United awarded £400,000 by Arts Council England for new business support programme

We are delighted to announce we have been awarded a £400,000 grant from Arts Council England to devise and deliver a new business support programme called Prosper which will be launched in 2017.

The Prosper programme, delivered in partnership with the Arts Marketing Association (AMA) and the Centre for Business in Society (CBiS at Coventry University), will improve and strengthen resilience and investment readiness for organisations across the arts, museums and libraries sectors by providing free one-to-one business advice, workshops, masterclasses, webinars and an online business support resource.

The 15-month programme will include research into the needs and provision of business support across organisations, sectors and regions, evaluation of the programme, and documentation of outcomes and lessons learned to inform future policy. This strand of the programme (led by CBiS) has been co-funded by Coventry University and Access – The Foundation for Social Investment.
